Are you tired of dealing with deadbeat, nonpaying buyers? Is taking pictures and listing up your items taking too much time? Now you can consign your products with Collective!

What products can I consign?

- Shoes
- Clothing (i.e. shirts, denim, hats, etc.)
- Limited collectibles (i.e. vinyl figures, statues, etc.)

Other products not related within these categories are always considered. Please let us know the item(s) that you are looking to consign.

How will I get my item(s) to Collective?

Collective will pay for half of the shipping, while you (the consignor) will pay for the other half of shipping. Unfortunately, we do not have a drop off location at this time.

What if I want a certain price for my item(s)?

Collective deals with the consignor directly in order to find a fair price for any item that is consigned with us. Collective makes sure to give a price that is fair for our customers, as well as our consignors.

What is the fee that Collective charges?

Collective charges 15% of the selling price for anything that is in the store. However, if the consignor would like an item to be auctioned off on eBay, then the fee drops down to 10% of the selling price.

- Auction: 90/10
- Store/Fixed Price: 85/15

If I want my item(s) on eBay what fees do I have to pay?

Consignors are responsible for eBay listing and final value fees.

eBay selling price – eBay listing fee – eBay final value = Consignor Total

When will I know when my item(s) is/are sold?

Collective will notify the consignor within 24 hours of the item being sold and payment is received.

How will I get the money for my item(s) that have been sold?

Collective will either send you a check or send you a PayPal payment. Please be advised that the consignor is responsible for any PayPal fees sent from Collective. There is a $5 fee for checks mailed within the United States and a $25 fee for checks mailed internationally.

Do I get a receipt for my item(s) that been sold?

Yes, we issue out a receipt for every item that has been sold.

How long will it take for my item(s) to sell?

The length of time it takes for an item to sell varies. Collective does not guarantee a specific time frame for selling items.

What if I want my item(s) back?

You can take back your item(s) at anytime. The consignor is responsible for shipping costs on any item(s) that must be shipped from Collective to the consignor.
