Atiba and Ako Jefferson are brothers that are not only musicians known as The Blackouts, but they are also world renowned skateboard photographers. This Wednesday, July 13th at Max Fish in New York City, Atiba and Ako will have a photo exhibition displaying their work. This exhibition is sure to bring a huge crowd, so make sure to check it out if you are in the New York area.

Kid Robot has blown up in the past few years and has teamed up with tons of companies to put out the best vinyl toys in the market. From Family Guy to the Simpsons, Kid Robot has made the little 3″ figures a staple in the collecting world. Now Kid Robot is teaming up with Capcom to release a set of Street Fighter figures. The original 12 fighters, along with 8 other pieces combine to create the 20 piece set that is due out in July. Eric Haze | The Standard Hotel LA Mural

Eric Haze, world renowned graffiti artist, recently had an opportunity to paint a mural project over at The Standard Hotel in Los Angeles. The piece measures 40′ x 6′ and features spray paint work and traditional brush techniques. Such a classic and traditional Haze piece. Art In The Streets

This past weekend I had the chance to check out the Art In The Streets exhibition at MOCA in Los Angeles. This is the first exhibition dedicated to street/graffiti art and pieces here date back to the early 70s. Some well reputable artists have pieces here including Futura, Saber, Revok and Retna. Also some crazy photograph installations from Ed Templeton, Larry Clark and Estevan Oriol. Here are a few pictures from the exhibition, but make sure to check it out if you are in Los Angeles because my pictures don’t even capture a quarter of the amount of historical art there.

Joe Ledbetter | Colossus Bunny

Being a fan of Joe Ledbetter’s work, I had to post this up. Ledbetter’s signature Mr. Bunny that released in 2005 was iconic. Now he is releasing a 4 foot tall Colossus Bunny. Not only is the piece 4 feet tall, but it is also made of fiberglass. They will release in four different colorways. The classic yellow Mr. Bunny (limited to 10 pieces), the blue Snow Bunny (limited to 5 pieces), the Gray Bunny (limited to 3 pieces) and the famous black Lava Bunny (limited to 3 pieces). The yellow Mr. Bunny will be available at Kid Robot, 3D Retro, Tomenosuke, Highland Toys and Toy Art Gallery. While the Snow Bunny is exclusive to Highland Toys, the Gray Bunny is exclusive to 3D Retro and the Lava Bunny is exclusive to Tomenosuke. Not only are these pieces super limited, but they will carry a price tag of $4,000. This might be the ultimate JLed piece, so don’t sleep on these.
